The programmatic writing for the establishment of the first independent Hungarian financial institution. The writer was the dreamer of the foundation and the tireless driver of the cause. One of the rarest pieces of literature from the Reform Era, rivalling the most precious works of his master, Széchenyi. In the past 80 years, only one piece of it has appeared at auction.
