Csány László főkormánybiztos felhívása, amelyben népfelkelésre szólít fel Windischgrätz tábornagy közeledő serege ellen (amely december 27-én foglalta el Győrt). „(...)Nem kivánja azt a’ Haza, hogy ti rendes sorokban szálljatok szembe az ellenséggel, (...) de igen is azt, hogy nagy tömegekbe egybegyülve, oldalról és hátulról nyugtalanitsátok azt(...)”. Egyidejűleg jelent meg Kossuth Lajos híres december 22-i Szózatával.
Üvegezett keretben, kitűnő állapotban. Méret: 38x45cm
