On surface, peony decoration and inscription painted with eosin glazes: “From the grateful employees of the Pécs factory 1934-1944”; “After going on for ten years: the flower of gratitude lives on!” (translations). Somewhat etched. Marked on bottom: three-shields branding stamped with eosin above glaze, Made in Hungary in frame. Zsolnay, Pécs, around 1940. H.: 27 cm
