Franz Woenig, botanikus (1851, Breitenhagen -1899, Lipcse). A magyar kormány felkérésére 1890-95 nyarán botanikai vizsgálatokat végzett Magyarországon, az eredményeket e művében publikálta.
Poss.: Dudich Endre (1895–1971) a magyar zoológia kiemelkedő alakja névbeírásával.
Korabeli, gerincén aranyozott félvászon kötésben. A lapszéleken felül nedvesedés halvány nyomával. Gyűjteményi duplum.
