Waalko Jans DINGEMANS (1873 - 1925) ABRAKOLTATÁS A JÉGEN
OIL - wood panel, Waalko Jans DINGEMANS (1873 - 1925) ORIGINAL CREATION BY A FAMOUS DUTCH IMPRESSIONIST PAINTER! WEAKING TIRED HORSE HORSES ON THE ICE OF FROZEN WATER IN THE NETHERLANDS! THE PAINTER'S KNOWN - FAVORITE TOPIC - THE WORLD. THE PAINTING IS DATED, INDICATED LEFT, FIRST HALF OF THE YEARS 1900 '1907? -1917? '! PICTURE SIZE: 36 X 24 CM ABOUT THE PAINTER: My favorite subject was the horse - he was painting equestrian scenes, especially the workman. When he was in town, Dingemans looked for lean and tired aged horses, and painted strong and grown horses in the countryside. He captured these scenes as an impressionist, quickly, colorfully and emotionally. In his life as a rather successful artist whose works have been sold by renowned art dealers such as Oldenzeel in Rotterdam, Leiden and JH Sala de Bois in The Hague. Lifetime Because the artist’s life, especially a century ago, was precarious, he followed young Dingemans from 1892, in addition to full-time education at the IRS Evening Classes at the Academy of Fine Arts in Groningen.. He completed both courses simultaneously and combines his scenic work over more than twenty years. In the early years Dingemans lived in The Hague, where he became a member of the Hague Circle of Arts, after a few years he moved to Amsterdam, where he joined the “Arti et Amicitiae’en” of St. Luke. In 1911, Dingemans was appointed rich innkeeper in Gorinchem, where he was also a member of the town council, but remained active as a painter here. He has exhibited regularly, including with his good friend Simon Maris, and during this time there have been a number of positive reviews of his work. Dr. PH Ritter Jr. Called "unusually strong drawing skills" by the critic, JH de Bois is an "excellent and skillful painter," and in one article of the monthly writing his work is typically "Know" typed, very, very full of warm light, full of bright summer sun with strong depiction. "Zeeland. Dingemans was rejected for health reasons in 1917. From that moment on he devoted himself entirely to his art. During those years he painted many in Zeeland. He rented a house in Westenschouwen where he often stayed with his family for a long time. His friend J. Graadt van Roggen graphic artist accompanied him here several times on these scenic tours. But for a long time Dingemans did not enjoy this freedom any more because he died in 1925, only 52. One of his friends described it as “a child of light, with clear, bright eyes and a beautifully sparkling soul.
