Alkotásait számos országos és megyei kiállításon mutathatta be. Illusztrációit könyvek, újságok sokasága őrzi. Dolgozott és tanult Münchenben, Düsseldorfban, Párizsban és Rómában, de kapott meghívást Berlinbe is, ahol az operaház díszlettervezőjeként hat éven át tevékenykedett. Tervezett plakátokat és könyvillusztrációkat is — száztíz darabos Goethe-sorozatával nyerte az UNESCO-díjat —, s művészetének köszönhetően Hamburgban, Moszkvában, Leningrádban, Montrealban, New Yorkban, Rio de Janeiróban és Sidney-ben is foglalkoztatták.
