Kétszínnyomású, keretdíszes, ill. keretléces címlappal és naptárrésszel.
A címlapon a keretdíszben fametszetű vignettával.
Utolsó lapján fametszetű illusztráció az emberi testre ható égövi jegyek ábrázolásával és magyarázatával.
Korabeli, első és hátsó kötéstábláján VI. Károly német-római császár (III. Károly néven magyar király) arcképével s a Habsburg-család címereivel gazdagon díszített, ezüstözött, préselt (gerincén sérült) egészbőr-kötésben.
