A címlapon Babits Mihály tollal írt névbejegyzése, a belső kötéstáblán vignetta (puritán ex libris): "Babits Mihály könyvtára 2068".
A költő könyvtára a háború poklában [1942] megsemmisült. Gál István [Babits] tanulmánya alapján sejthetjük csak; mennyi szellemi kincs lett az eltévedt gyújtóbomba pusztításának áldozata. A könyv bizonyíthatóan Babits könyvtárában volt. (lsd.: Gál István: Babits és az angol irodalom/függelék 96. o.)
Kiadói, szecessziós ornamentikával dúsan aranyozott, zöld egészvászon kötésben.
