A bor 30%-a héjon ázott 12 fokon, a megmaradt mennyiség pedig finom seprőn maradt. 40%-a finomseprőről lekerülve zempléni fahordóba érlelődött 6 hónapig A maradék nagyjából 4 hétig maradt a finomseprőn. Ennek az elárásnak köszönhetően egy igazán karakteres de mégis lágy 13-as alkoholtartalmú szép barriqolt bort nyertünk.
