Kolofon: „Of this special edition of Theh Plays of Ferenc Molnár only four hundred copies have been printed, three hundred and ninety-five being numbered and offered for sale. This is number 391” kézzel számozott, aláírt.
A kolofon-oldalt egykor kiemelték, utólag beragasztva, első néhány levelének felső részén (margónál) sérült. Néhány lapja (1-4. p.) felvágatlan, ebből adódóan kettő beszakadt.
Kopott, enyhén sérült kiadói, aranyozott gerincű vászonkötésben. Fólió.
