Heinrich von Levitschnigg (1810-1862) osztrák hírlapíró és költő. 1845 márciusától a Pester Zeitung tárcáját szerkesztette, egészen 1849 áprilisáig, a császáriak elvonulásáig. Egy ideig, mint magánzó élt Pesten és Kossuth Lajosról írt munkáján dolgozott. Az 1850-es évek közepén Bécsbe költözött és az irodalomnak élt. Költeményei, többek közt a pesti Irisben jelentek meg, lefordította Petőfi Nemzeti dalát is.
