Kódextöredék, 10-11. sz. k.
Középkori, cca 10-11. századi kódextöredék, feltehetőleg homíliáskönyv (szentírásmagyarázó prédikációgyűjtemény) részlete. Az azonosítható szövegek között van I. Szent Szilveszter pápa életrajza (Vita Sancti Sylvestri papae et confessoris) és a Pszeudo-Szent Ágostonnak tulajdonított prédikáció a körülmetélésről (De circumcisione). Pergamen, Karoling minuscula, 16×10,2 cm.
A szövegrészletek:
„Tantum adoretur ut dignum est et colatus Deus solus unus et verus ominpresens qui regnat in caelis. Tunc ad vocem imperatoris clamabat omnis populus: ’Qui Christum negent, male pereant’. Sicque per omnem orbem terrarum ecclesia crescebat ubique credentium et laus Deo ubique per omnia ubique resonabat loca qui vivit et regnat per omnia secula seculorum.
VII. Omelia Sancti Augustini de ircumcisione:
Salvator noster, fratres karissimi, natus de Patre ante omnia secula, Deus verus [...] idem ipse filius Dei [– – –]”
A margón kora újkori feljegyzés:
„Sztankovich manu propria
Ego pauper ludo
tu dives mediteris”
Az utóbbi két sor („Én szegény játszom, / míg te, gazdag, merengsz”) Alexandre de Villedieu (cca 1175–1240/50) középkori ferences szerzetes, költő és egyetemi tanár Doctrinale puerorum című verses latin nyelvkönyvéből származik.
