Korának rendkívül népszerű atlasza összesen 49 kiadást ért meg 1796-tól 1893-ig. Példányunk (a 43. kiad.) volt az atlasz harmadik periódusának első átdolgozott kiadása. Az először ekkor megjelenő rendkívül finom színezés, - mely a német piacon szokatlannak számított – rendkívül nagy sikert aratott.
Az eredeti tábla felhasználásával készült modern félbőr kötésben. Imperiál fólió.
