M: 14×17 cm. Korabeli, virágos vászonkötésben 37, magyar nyelven, tintával, olvashatóan beírt oldal. Tematikus felosztásban, jól bevált polgári receptek: gombás csibepecsenye, velő puding, libamájas omlette 12 személyre, halas hasché, salmi fogolyból, sólet tojás, huszár csók, burgonykrém rétes, mandulás kenyér, sárgadinnye jam és más finomságok.
A kézirat tulajdonosa Szécsi Etelka (1897-1944) volt. Szécsi Ferenc, író, ügyvéd és Deutsch Adrienne lánya.
Megkímélt, jó állapotban, hozzá egy 1943-ban készült fénykép a hölgyről.
