Carlo Montecatini (1616–1699), egyházi pozíciókat és kormányzóságot is bíró ferrarai nemes pergamenre írt arany és fekete tintás polgárjogi dokumentuma. Rendkívül gazdagon díszített, korabeli reneszánsz egészbőr-kötésben, orientalizáló elemekkel, finom aranyozással, a geometriai ábrák és a címer feketére, illetve szürkére festett viaszfedőréteggel díszítve. Az első kötéstáblán, a borító közepén Montecatini püspöki, a hátsó táblán Spoleto címerével.
