Kelemen Imre (1744–1819) teológus, jogász, egyetemi tanár egyik fő műve. Első kiadás! A polgári jog egész rendszerét összefoglaló munka első kötete a bevezetést és a személyek jogát, a második a vagyonjogot és a törvénykezést tartalmazza. A munka római és német jogi alapokat is felhasználva íródott, világos, érthető stílusban. A címlapokon Kacskovics Gábor tulajdonosi névbejegyzése.
Egységes, korabeli, kicsit sérült egészbőr-kötésben, a gerincen a címfelirat vörös és zöld címkén, jó példány, összesen 3 db.
