Kijelentette: „A néphatalom megteremtése után a kelet-európai népi demokratikus országok dolgozói sikerrel építik a leghaladóbb társadalmi rendszert, a szocializmust. Politikai és társadalmi szempontból Nyugat-Európa országai máris a történelem perifériájára kerültek.” A díszes kompánia között, a tribünön Walter Ulbricht, az NDK államtanácsának elnöke is felismerhető.
Kicsit hullámos, korábban már felragasztott, 17×23 centis fénykép. Készítője ismeretlen.
