Dúsan aranyozott gerincű, kiadói vászonkötésben, két gerincen alul pici hiba, jó példány.

Limogesi János, (Jean de Limoges) francia származású, vezetéknevét születési helyétől kapta. Zircen ő az első ismert apát, a zirci ciszterci rend első tanára is. A monostorépítés után, az alapítástól számított 25. esztendőben jelent meg. 1208-1218-ig volt bakonyi-zirci apát, utána visszatért Franciaországba. Ő az egyetlen zirci ciszterci, akinek irodalmi működéséről a törökvilág előtt tudomásunk volt.
