Ludwig "Louis" Paul Lochner (1887-1975) amerikai politikai aktivista, újságíró és író. 1924-ben az Associated Press berlini irodájába nevezték ki. Kétszer is interjút készített Adolf Hitlerrel , először 1930-ban, majd 1933-ban. A háború német oldaláról számolt be a továbbiakban úgy, hogy elkísérte a német hadsereget Lengyelországba, a nyugati fronton Hollandiába, Belgiumba és Franciaországba, és szemtanúja volt az 1940-es francia fegyverszünetnek Compiègne -ben. 1941-ben internálták, majd 1942 májusában szabadon engedték internált német diplomaták és tudósítók fogolycseréje keretében. Goebbels birodalmi propaganda-miniszter 1923-tól vezetett naplói részben szovjet, részben amerikai kézre kerültek. Az amerikai kézre került Goebbels napló részeket Lochner lefordította és 1948-ban kiadta. A teljes napló 1992-2008 között jelent csak meg 28 kötetben.
Kiadói vászonkötésben, régi tulajdonosi bejegyzéssel, kopottas, de jó állapotban
