Franz Wagner (1675–1738) jezsuita tanár kézikönyve 1718-ban, Augsburgban jelent meg először, tkp. latin kifejezések szótára magyar és szláv értelmezéssel. A neolatin nyelvhasználat megismerését segítette elő, sokáig kézikönyv volt az iskolákban. Kétszín-nyomású címlapján Horváth Márton 1784-es névbejegyzése, verzóján népkönyvtári pecsét.
Korabeli, dúsan aranyozott gerincű egészbőr-kötésben, címkével, pirosra festett lapélekkel. Kopottas példány, a hátsó kötéstáblán hiány, a gerincen és sarkokon kisebb sérüléssel. Kötése stabil, a könyvtest jó kondícióban, lapjai tiszták.
