Az 1937-es párizsi világkiállítás hivatalos útmutatója 212 oldalon, igen nívós, többnyire színes képanyaggal, így a 48 kiállító ország pavilonjainak látványos fotóival. A Györgyi Dénes tervezte magyar pavilon - amely kisebb fotón szerepel - teljes építési költsége 2 millió frank volt, ebből Magyarországnak csaknem 1.3 millió frankot kellett előteremtenie. A világkiállítás 1937. májustól decemberig tartott, a Schmid, Bruneton & Morin cég 1938. április 12-én kezdte el a magyar pavilon lebontását. A magyar kiállítás kormánybiztosa Tormay Géza (az író Tormay Cécile testvére), helyettese Teleki Andor volt. Kiadói papírkötés, gerinc ragasztott, laza fűzés, kopottas állapotban.
