Elől a szennycímlapon pecsét és kézírásos tulajdonosi bejegyzés: Arthur B. Yolland General Examination Work Prize middle VI Rossall. Christmas, 1889.
Ez a gyönyörű kiállítású kötet „csak” egy iskolai emlékkönyv. A tulajdonos, nagyon érdekes egyéniség volt: magyarosan Yolland Arthur (1874-1956), angol irodalomtörténész, magyar országos bajnok teniszező, labdarúgó, edző és nemzetközi labdarúgó-játékvezető. 1896-tól élt Budapesten, ahol 1914-1946 között a budapesti tudományegyetemen az angol nyelv és irodalom rendes tanára volt. Fordított Petőfit, Jókait és Herman Ottót is.
Kiadói, bibliofil, bordázott gerincű egészbőr-kötésben, felragasztott címkékkel.
A táblákon vaknyomásos, aranyozott címerekkel, dúsan aranyozott lapélekkel. Elől latin nyelven Vergilius idézet: Az ész uralkodik a világon. Hátul az iskola címere körül: Schola Rossalliensis - Northern Scool Church of England. Gyűjtői darab.
