Kiadói papírborítóban. 1945-ben és 1946-ban egymás után születtek jogszabályok, amelyeknek összefoglaló neve "A fasizmus üldözötteit védő jogszabályok" volt. Ezek egyrészt a politikai okból okozott személyi szabadságkorlátozás kompenzálását, másrészt pedig a vagyon-vesztést lettek volna hivatottak rendezni. A helyzet fonáksága azonban a rendezés utáni államosítási hullámban csúcsosodott ki, amikor is az 1945-46-ban visszaszolgáltatott vállalkozásokat, nagykereskedéseket - a bolsevista diktatúra gazdasági elképzelései alapján - a kommunista párt a tulajdonosaitól elvette.
