The summary of Széchenyi's ideas for reform, in twelve legislative proposals, with which he wanted to appear in the 1832/36 parliament. The work was written in 1831 but was not allowed to be published in Hungary by censorship, so it was published abroad. The first, and this edition printed in the same year have only minor differences.
20th-century half leather with painted endpapers. Spine restored.
