Csorba Simon László autodidakta művész, mesterei között említik Martyn Ferencet és Šwierkiewicz Róbertet. Grafikái a 60-as években geometrikus formákat alkalmaztak, míg később a pointillizmusra és a „firkaút” nevű saját stílusára váltott. 1984-ben kezdte a maratoni futást művészileg is feldolgozni, miközben hatalmas távolságokat futott le és ezeket az utakat kiállításokon mutatta be. Ekkortól nevezi magát futóművésznek is.Alkotásai megtalálhatók a Magyar Nemzeti Galéria, a kaposvári Rippl-Rónai Múzeum és más gyűjteményekben.
