cca 1914-1918 Georg Ludwig Ritter von Trapp (Trapp György lovag) (1880-1947) sorhajóhadnagy, az Osztrák-Magyar Cs. és Kir. Haditengerészet (K. u. k. Kriegsmarine) tisztje. Ő volt az I. világháború legeredményesebb osztrák-magyar tengeralattjáró-kapitánya, 2 ellenséges hadihajó, valamint 11 kereskedőhajó elsüllyesztésével. Legfőbb hadi sikereit az U-5 tengeralattjáró parancsokaként szerezte: 1915. áprilisában egy sikeres torpedótámadással elsüllyesztette a León Gambetta francia páncélos cirkálót az Adriai-tengeren. Ugyanebben az évben sikerült elsüllyesztenie a Nereide olasz tengeralattjárót, valamint elfognia a görög Cefalonia gőzhajót. Háborús érdemeiért - egyéb kitüntetései mellett - 1924-ben megkapta a Mária Terézia-rend lovagkeresztjét. Kriegsmarine). He was the most successful Austro-Hungarian submarine commander of World War I, sinking 2 enemy warships and 11 merchant ships. He achieved his most significant feats as commander of the U-5 submarine: in April 1915, he sank the French armored cruiser Léon Gambetta on the Adriatic Sea with a successful torpedo attack. In the same year, he also managed to sink the Italian submarine Nereide, and capture the Greek steamship Cefalonia. For his merits - among his other decorations - he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Military Order of Maria Theresa in 1924.
