Beckherius, Georgius: Orator extemporaneus, seu artis oratoriae Breviarium bipartitum: Cujus Pars prior praecepta continet generalia, posterior praxin in specie ostendit. Accessit nunc in finem Justi Lipsii Epistolica Institutio.
Varadini, 1656. Apud Abrahamum Szenciensem. (12)+468+(34)p.
The real author of the rhetorical textbook, specially designed for young noblemen preparing for a diplomatic career, was the Prussian Jesuit Michael Radau. At the Jesuit school in Brunsberg, Becker obtained the notes of Radau, who taught there and published them under his name. Ábrahám Szenczi Kertész replaced the original recommendation with another one for Ferenc Rákóczi I. The Justus Lipsius work indicated on the title page has a separate title page, but the page numbering is continuous.
Bound with:
Carminum proverbialium, Totius Humanae vitae statum breviter delineatum...
Cibinii, 1665. Apud Abrahamum K. Szenci. 172p.
Bound with:
Versus sententionales, Ut rerum suavitate, sic sententiarium foecunditate referti...
Cibinii, 1665. Apud Abrahamum K. Szenci. 139p.
Based on the preface, the latter two works can be considered a publisher's colligate.
