Szerkesztette Kovacsóczy Mihály (1801 – 1846).
Szennycímlapon tintás kézírással "A Szegedi Casino Egyesület tulajdona" possessori bejegyzése, valamint a címlapon "Szeged B. V. Kaszinó tulajdona" bélyegzők. Borítófedél hátlapján Czigány Lóránt (1935-2008) író, irodalomtörténész, diplomata, egyetemi tanár ex libris-e.
Kopottas kartonált papírkötésben.
