APAFI MIHÁLY rézmetszetű lovasportréja. Kiadta Paulus Fürst, Nürnberg. 1665.
In: „Ortelius-Meyer: Ortelius Redivivus et Continuatus Oder Der Ungarischen Kriegs-Empörungen, Historische Beschreibung…” Felirat a kép alatt: Michael Abaffi D:G: Princeps Transylvaniae, part:Reg:Hung: Dominus et Siculor Comes. Paulus Fürst.Ex. Papírméret 210×34 cm. A képmező szöveggel: 12,5×18 cm. Az uralkodót balról ábrázolja a tájképben, a háttérben folyó, balról város a tó partján. A metsző maga Fürst, aki a kiadványban Pozsonyt és Mehmet pasát is készítette, Siebmacher és Widemann munkái mellett.
Apafi Mihály (1632 – 1690) erdélyi fejedelem 1661-től haláláig. „Ne szégyelljük más országok és tartományok constitutióit és decretumait is tudakozni és olvasni, és ha mit helyesebben s országunk jobb módjával való megmaradás és igazgatására alkalmasabb utakat találnak fel azokban, azt követni.”
Jó állapotú nyomat, kisebb foltokkal, paszpartuban. Sandrart metszete Apafiról gyakoribb, ennek nem találtuk itthon árverési előzményét.
