After training as a druggist, he attended lectures in sinology and ethnology in Vienna and studied commercial art for four semesters at the art college in Linz. Since the 1970s he has been working with experimental literature, some of which he combines with his own illustrations. In addition to prose, he also writes plays and opera libretti and organizes poetry performances. Parallel to his writing work, he also devoted himself to the visual arts from the beginning and developed an independent, unmistakable style whose poetic figurative and sign language is reminiscent of Jean Dubuffet and Art Brut. Works by Anselm Glück can be found, among others, in the Lentos Art Museum, in the Strabag Collection, in the Liaunig Museum and in the art collection of the State of Upper Austria.PLEASE NOTE: The purchase price consists of the highest bid plus the buyer's premium, sales tax and, if applicable, the fee of artists resale rights. In the case of normal taxation (marked °), a premium of 24% is added to the highest bid.
