Thomas Lansius tübingeni jogtudós által írt fiktív beszédek. A jeles protestáns fejedelmek és tudósok között zajló beszélgetés Friedrich Achilles württembergi herceg elnökletével zajlott. Művében a jelentősebb európai államok erényeit és hiányosságait, valamint a különböző népek jellegzetes nemzeti karakterét mutatja be, indokolja egyes államok történelmileg kialakult uralmát. A magyarok erényeiről a 328-343., rossz tulajdonságairól a 422-438. oldalakon szól. Első alkalommal 1613-ban jelent meg Tübingenben, és bár a mű a tiltott könyvek listáján szerepelt, 1678-ig több kiadást is megért. (A Központi Antikvárium 2002-ben írt annotációja.)
Javított gerincű, XIX. századi, aranyozott bőrkötésben.
