Mi privilegyiált n. Ketskemét várossában lakozó betsületes lakatos, puska, sarkantyú, és óra-tsináló Czéhnek Mesteri… adjuk ezen bizonság-levelünket, hogy Szabó Istvány lakatos legény híven, tsendessen, szorgalmatossan és betsületessen dolgozott.
Költ Ketskemét Várossában 1823. október 23. Kissé töredezett viaszpecséttel és 3 mester (Tott János, Mészáros Istvány és Kotai Istvány) aláírásával.
390 X 470 mm. méretű dekorartív nyomtatvány keretdísszel, koronás-címeres kezdőbetűvel és a város címerével.
