Anthony Mario Ludovici (1882-1971) brit grafikus, filozófus, publicista, közíró, tolmács, kritikus. Művész családba született, pályája elején grafikus volt, a századforduló utáni években Auguste Rodin személyi titkára. 1908 során ismerkedett meg Oscar Levy-vel, Friedrich Nietzsche angol fordítójával, érdeklődése ekkor fordult Nietzsche szubverzív filozófiája felé. A demokrácia, az egyenlőség, a liberalizmus, a marxizmus és a kereszténység későbbi vitriolos tollú kritikusaként Nietzschében minden képmutatás, fennálló rend, moralizálás kérlelhetetlen ellenfelét ismerte meg, pályája későbbi szakaszának ellentmondásos fordulatai is az értékek átértékelőjének, Nietzschének tagadó attitűdjéből érhetőek meg.
Aranyozott gerincű, feliratozott kiadói egészvászon kötésben. Jó példány.
