192 lapos, számozott, vonalas kötet, nemzeti-színű zsinórral fűzve, pecsét-zár nélkül. Kitöltetlen példány, belső táblájába a papírkereskedő Bineter József (Pest, Landstraße Röserꞌsches Haus Nro 4.) német nyelvű cégkártyája ragasztva.
Bineter papírkereskedő cégéről, alapításáról nem sokat tudunk, de már 1874 márciusában ís hírt adott magáról, a Borsszem Jankó 322. számában hirdetett. Ekkor székhelye Ország út 4 volt, később (1892-es adattár szerint) költözött a Károly körút 17-be. Albumunk tehát 1880 körüli.
Kiadói félvászon-kötésben, felső tábláján vignetta, a vignettán elcsiszolt bélyegzőnyom. 342 mm.
