Címlapján a szerző tintával írt sorai: "Goczigh József albíró úrnak, főnökömnek, kiváló tiszteletem jeléül. Bpest, 1885 febr. 20. Csorba Ferenc”.
Goczigh József Kassáról került Miskolcra ahol járásbíró volt, majd a Budapesti Kir. Törvényszék bírája.
Kiadói, dúsan aranyozott gerincű félbőr kötésben, felső részén aranyozott élmetszéssel. Bélyegzővel szignált Gottermayer kötés.
