If the buyer wishes to export item, 3% of the hammer price will be charged by the agent for procuring the necessary export license(s). The buyer shall bear all other costs incurred through the export: transport, packaging, insurance, etc.

The purchase price shall be settled in cash or by bank transfer.

Buyers can take possession of purchased items at the auction venue on the day of the auction or in the ARTE Gallery (Budapest, Ferenczy I.u.14. between 11 am and 6 pm on workdays) on the following week of the auction.

The buyer shall pay an agency fee equalling 22% of the hammer price to the Auction House. The agency fee includes VAT.
