Condition Of Sale For Foreigners
 
The lots called up are in succession as in the catalogue. Protected objects (marked. VÉDETT) cannot be exported. In case of absentee bids are accepted by phone or telefax by giving the highest bidding price until 2 p.m. on the day of sale. We notify the customers of their successful purchases by phone or telefax in closing the relevant invoice.
The buyers of all lots have to pay on the hammer-price 21%. These prices are to be understood „ex-Gallery Budapest”.
The buyer has to leave instructions immediately after the sale on how and where the bought items are to be shipped.
The ownership of the lot purchased shall not pass to the buyer until payment has been made in full.
Prices are quoted in Hungarian currency (HUF) and will be converted into the desired convertible currency at the official rate of exchange on the day of purchase.
Delivery: immediately upon receipt of full payment.
Important: it is also possible to bid simultaneously by phone during the auction.
